Shipping & Delivery
We offer same-day dispatch on orders placed before 1pm. Standard delivery is 2–5 business days. Same-day delivery is available. Express options available at checkout.
Free shipping on all orders over $150. Standard shipping rates apply for orders under $150.
We currently ship domestically. International shipping is coming soon — sign up to our newsletter to be notified.
Returns & Exchanges
We accept returns on unopened, unused products within 14 days of delivery. Items must be in original packaging. Contact us at hello@1990dubaishop.com to initiate a return.
Email us at hello@1990dubaishop.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll respond within 24 hours with return instructions. Once we receive the item, refunds are processed within 3 business days.

100%. Every fragrance we sell is sourced directly from authorised distributors. We never sell counterfeits or grey-market products. Your purchase is backed by our authenticity guarantee.
We buy direct and in volume, which allows us to pass savings on to you. Lower prices don't mean fake products — they mean better buying power and a commitment to value.
Fragrance Questions
Start with our scent mood categories — Fresh & Clean, Floral, Woody, Oud & Oriental, or Sweet & Gourmand. Each product page includes a full scent profile with notes, intensity and occasion guidance.
EDP (Eau de Parfum) has 15–20% fragrance oil and lasts 6–8 hours. EDT (Eau de Toilette) has 8–12% and lasts 3–5 hours. Extrait de Parfum has 20–30%+ and can last 12+ hours.
Apply to pulse points (wrists, neck, behind ears, inner elbows). Moisturise first — fragrance clings better to hydrated skin. Don't rub your wrists together as this breaks down the top notes.

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Afterpay, and Zip. All payments are SSL-encrypted.
Contact us as soon as possible at hello@1990dubaishop.com. If your order hasn't been dispatched yet, we can usually make changes or cancel it. Once dispatched, we're unable to modify orders.
