Standard shipping across Australia takes 2–5 business days via Australia Post. Express shipping (1–2 business days) is available at checkout. Orders placed before 1pm on business days are dispatched same day. Melbourne same-day delivery is available for orders placed before 11am — select this option at checkout.

Yes — free standard shipping on all orders over $150. Orders under $150 attract a flat shipping fee of $9.95 Australia-wide. Same-day Melbourne delivery is a flat $15 fee.

We currently ship Australia-wide. International shipping to New Zealand and select Asia-Pacific countries is coming soon. Sign up to our newsletter to be notified when it launches.

We accept returns on unopened, unused products within 14 days of delivery for a full refund. If you received a damaged or incorrect item, we'll replace it or refund you immediately — just send us a photo. We cannot accept returns on opened perfumes due to hygiene reasons, unless the product is faulty.

Email us at support@1990dubaishop.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll respond within 24 hours with return instructions. Once we receive the item, refunds are processed within 3 business days back to your original payment method.

100%. Every fragrance we sell is sourced directly from authorised distributors and brand representatives. We do not sell fakes, copies, or "inspired by" products. If you ever have any doubt about a product you received from us, contact us immediately — we'll verify it and make it right.

Because we operate primarily online without the overhead of a physical retail store, we're able to pass savings on to you. This doesn't mean the products are inauthentic — it means we have a more efficient business model. All perfumes come in original, sealed packaging.

Start with your mood or occasion. Fresh & Clean scents are great for everyday wear. Floral scents suit feminine or romantic occasions. Oud & Woody scents are bold, warm and perfect for evenings or winter. Sweet & Gourmand perfumes are cosy and universally loved. Use our "Shop by Mood" filters, or send us a message and we'll recommend something perfect for you.

These refer to the concentration of fragrance oil. Extrait de Parfum (20–40% oil) is the most intense and longest-lasting. Eau de Parfum or EDP (15–20%) lasts 6–8 hours and is the most common format. Eau de Toilette or EDT (5–15%) is lighter and better suited to casual or daytime wear. Concentrated Perfume Oil is even more intense than Extrait and is applied directly to the skin rather than sprayed.

Apply to pulse points: wrists, neck, inside elbows, and behind the knees. Don't rub after applying — let it dry naturally. Moisturised skin holds fragrance better, so applying after a shower is ideal. For concentrated oils, apply a small amount directly to pulse points. Store your bottles away from direct sunlight and heat to preserve the fragrance.

Contact us as soon as possible at support@1990dubaishop.com. If your order hasn't been dispatched yet, we can usually make changes or cancel it. Once dispatched, we're unable to modify orders, but you can still return unopened items under our returns policy.
